Description
Seoras the Stag
A3 pencil drawing, drawn on heavyweight Faber Castell with Derwent pencils back in 2015.
Seoas (pronounced shore-ass) was one of the first drawings I did when I first started up Sarah Gee Fine Art. He is loosely based on a painting called Monarch of the Glen which my Great Granny used to have above her fireplace when I was a child, he is one of my favourite drawings for this reason. Seoras is a Scottish Gaelic name meaning ‘farmer’ or ‘from earth’.
All originals are mounted with a backing board in a cellophane pouch. They are sent special delivery (included in price) to ensure their safe arrival.
